Seychelles Volleyball Federation National League resumes next month after a three-year Covid-19 occasioned break with Kenyan setter Jane Wacu joining a new side.
The former national team, Malkia Strikers' setter has joined Cascade Club from Anse Royale (ARSU) on a one-year renewable contract.
Wacu was attached to ARSU for three seasons before joining the champions citing the need for a new challenge and chase for individual medals as reported by Daily Nation.
"After three seasons with ARSU, I wanted a new challenge when I can still play at this level. I have found that at Cascade.

I felt home during the trials and the welcome was good. Besides, I really wanted to play alongside Seychelles National team captain Petra Richard since I came here and it is such a honour that I have the chance now,” Wacu told Daily Nation.
The prolific setter has already called time in the national team and is fully focused on her club assignments in Seychelles.
